The project site is located at the western end of SOTOGRANDE, close to a magnificent 400 Has. property recently acquired by “La Zagaleta”. This Company, whose original project based in Marbella is one of the most exclusive Resort, Country Club and Residential development in Europe, is planning to build in Sotogrande another Resort with 400 vilas, Golf and Country Club similar to the one in Marbella.
Also , our project is located within walking distance from the Sotogrande International School. (S.I.S) one of the most important on the Costa del Sol. The school has recently finished an expansion project increasing its capacity up to 1.800 students.
BRH Phygital Campus has two clearly differentiated but integrated areas: On the one hand, the Residential Campus, with a development of 284 apartments, subdivisible to a total of 568 studios / suites, which make up a coliving complex with all services.
It serves an international clientele of students, seniors, entrepreneurs, freelancers and "digital nomads" who telecommute most of the time
On the other hand, the project includes a Multi-service Campus, with all kinds of complementary facilities: commercial, educational, social, senior living, spa & wellness club, equine therapy school, business school and coworking center. All in all, the Campus is committed to a green, sustainable, hightech model, using renewable energies, and through a responsible use of materials, technology and waste treatment .
